About Katie Stewart:

Hi, I’m Katie Stewart, a qualified 200-hour Yoga Teacher with a genuine passion for helping people feel more connected, grounded and at ease through yoga.

Yoga has been a powerful sanctuary in my own life, supporting me through challenges and teaching me how to build inner strength, calm and resilience. It’s more than just movement — it’s a way of coming back to yourself.

In my classes, I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can move mindfully, breathe deeply and step away from the busyness of everyday life. My hope is that you leave feeling more balanced, centred and at peace — both on and off the mat.

About the class:

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where movement is synchronised with the breath, flowing smoothly from one posture to the next.

Each class includes a creative sequence of standing, seated and balancing poses, designed to build strength, stamina, flexibility and body awareness. Alongside movement, we explore breathing techniques (pranayama), mindfulness, and gentle elements of yoga philosophy to support overall wellbeing.

Classes finish with a calming wind-down and relaxation, allowing your nervous system to settle and leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and grounded.

This is a flowing, moderately energetic class. While options are offered, poses are not broken down in full as they might be in a slower or beginner-specific class.

All levels are welcome, including those with some yoga experience or anyone looking to build confidence and strength over time.
