About Katie Stewart:
Hi, I’m Katie, a qualified 200hr Yoga Teacher with a passion for helping people find inner harmony and balance though yoga.
Yoga has become a real sanctuary for me, as a way of reconnecting back to myself, giving me tools to thrive and find inner strength, calm and happiness in everyday life.
My classes aim to share the incredible benefits that yoga offers through movement, breath and mindfulness, allowing space for you to come home to yourself and cultivate inner peace and serenity.
About the class:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a series of yoga postures, creatively sequenced, synchronising movement with the breath to flow from one pose to the next.
A flowing, energetic class with a blend of standing, seated and balancing postures. My classes balance postural alignment, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and yoga philosophy to harmonise physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. This class builds heat, stamina, strength and flexibility to detoxify and purify the body, whilst calming the mind. A soothing gentle wind down follows, leaving you radiantly relaxed with a sense of inner peace and calm.
All levels welcome. Please note, postures are not broken fully as you would find in a slower style of yoga.
What to bring:
You will need a yoga mat, a drink and extra layers (A yoga brick and strap, if you have one).
