About Holly Summers:
Holly is a 200 hour qualified Yoga Teacher, owner and founder of Yoga As You Are, and is registered and insured through Yoga Alliance. She also holds additional training in teaching yoga to individuals with traumatic brain injury, and is working on her 500 hour teaching qualification.
She is passionate about making yoga accessible for everybody and her classes are fully inclusive of all ages, genders, body types and experience levels.
About the class:
This class is designed as an introduction to yoga and is suitable for absolutely everybody. If you have ever thought about trying yoga, or if you are just looking for a way to relax, then this is the class for you.
The classes start with a gentle warm up, before we work through some slow stretching and movement, then finally end with a relaxing meditation. And if you’re worried that you aren’t bendy, don’t be! There will always be support and options to make sure any movement feels good in your body.
