Public Art Directory

The Public Art Directory is now back online! It catalogues many public artworks around the Braintree District, and was originally researched and created by Braintree District Arts back in 2010-11. It is now in the care of Braintree Community Centre, and can be found on our Facebook page, and at the Arts hub here on the website: https://www.braintreecommunitycentre.org.uk/arts/

Open Art Gallery

The Braintree Open Art Gallery 2019 is now online! Find it on our Facebook page or on our Arts hub. You can see all of the artworks that were a part of the Braintree Open Art Exhibition 2019, which ran from 19th to 20th October. Congratulations to all of the artists, and thank you for taking part! Adverse Weather Conditions

Due to bad weather conditions Braintree Community Centre is closed and all classes have been canceled. Website Redesign

As you may have noticed we’ve recently redesigned the website with a new look and some more functionality. We’ve now made it easier for you to book a place on any of our events, classes and workshops. You can now securely book online to reserve your ticket. Currently, payment has to be made by phone once the booking has been placed, but we hope to be able to offer online payments in the future.
