Learn how to use your craft soldering iron to fuse and burn layers of sheer fabrics to create new fabric surfaces and textures suitable to use in a variety of other craft techniques.   • Beginners Embroidery Class (Autumn Term)

    With Pam Jermy. A class for beginners of Embroidery running on Fridays 10am to 12pm throughout the Autumn term (a total of 11 sessions). There will also be an element suitable for more experienced embroiderers, as an extension of the design being used by those less experienced. Dates: September 8th, 15th, (not 22nd), 29th October 6th, 13th, (not 20th), 27th November 3rd, 10th, 17th, (not 24th) December 1st, 8th £15 per session (EHA Members £10). If you also attend Ribbon Embroidery, pay £25 total (EHA members £19).

It’s an art form that can be used to add embellishments to clothing and accessories, but it’s also commonly used to create decorative items such as table runners and wall hangings. Limited parking to the side and rear of the centre.  Wheelchair access is available at the front of the Centre.
 

Payment

Class fees are payable on the day at reception on arrival.  Workshop fees must be paid 2 weeks before, either in person or by phone unless otherwise stated.
