MDF board pre primed with white gesso – or you can use canvas or canvas board if you prefer – at least 50 x 50 cms)
Large bristle brushes (old decorators brushes will suffice)

Easel – table or free standing plus board to fix paper to
Palettes – greaseproof paper over cardboard or stay wet palette
