Come and join me for a fun 2 hour class at Braintree Community Centre, where we will create a beautiful box of cupcakes for the special Mum in your life!
We will be learning different ways to use buttercream and fondant when decorating cupcakes, creating beautiful floral designs to use time and time again. Let your creativity flow and let me teach you some new skills to up your cupcake game, from someone who has over 15 years of cake decorating experience. It will be super relaxed and is suitable for all levels of experience.
What’s included:
- 6 cupcakes to decorate and take home
- 2 hours of learning all about buttercream and fondant cupcakes – how to pick a colour scheme, creating the perfect swirl, different piping techniques, covering cupcakes in fondant, creating fondant decorations and creating both buttercream and fondant flowers.
- Unlimited tea and coffee throughout the session
- A Little Lucy’s Bakery classic brownie to enjoy in class
- Basic sponge & buttercream recipes
Age range: 16 and over.
(Parental supervision is required for anyone under 18).

Braintree Community Centre has parking onsite on a first come first served basis, although please note due to other classes taking place this may be limited.
