Would you like your cupcakes to WOW? Now is your opportunity to develop the skills at this cake decorating workshop. In the morning you will learn how to colour and condition fondant so that you can make beautiful stable pastel-coloured decorations and practice your piping skills. In the afternoon learn how to dome your cakes, giving a perfect place for your decorations then finish with dots and lines. You will go home with 6 decorated cupcakes as well as recipes for the cupcakes with buttercream or royal icing.
Your tutor will be Angela Flynn who has been baking since 1976, attended Colchester Institute for 3 years gaining a diploma in Advanced Professional Cookery, and operates a very successful business from her home kitchen. All ingredients and equipment supplied – but please bring your apron and a rolling pin.
