What to do? Make Log Cabin blocks! A perfect in between type of block to learn and experiment with strippy pieces. We revisit the stich & flip method\, paper piecing and discuss machine method of construction so you have your choice of hand or machine to construct a traditional log cabin shape as well as some abstract variations. \nFor this session you will need to bring along: \n\nYour usual sewing kit to include a fabric scissors\, needles\, pins and an all- purpose\, neutral colour sewing thread.\n3-4 fat quarters in a desired colourway or if going to your stash\, a variety of cotton\, cotton/poly blend fabrics to mix and match.
