When attending a class with a Certified Zentangle Teacher\, called a CZT\, you will be shown how to create ‘Tangles’ using very basic shapes which everybody can draw onto Tiles\, which are small pieces of paper. By focusing on one stroke of the pen at a time you will slow down and focus on drawing the ‘Tangles’. During this class each student will be shown the process from start to finish and will take home their own Tiles to display. \nA little bit about your tutor\, Hannah Geddes \nI have been a CZT since 2014 and since then have taught a lot of people all over Europe with different backgrounds\, ways of life\, health conditions etc and am overjoyed when I see the reaction of people learning Zentangle. I’ve seen the benefits for children with ADHD\, adults suffering from stress management\, groups in schools\, retirement villages\, social workers for the council\, all of which have gained a benefit of slowing down using ‘One stroke at a time’. \nI have written several books and magazine articles and have worked on the live TV craft show Hochanda\, which I really enjoyed. \nWhat are the benefits of Zentangle?\n– Zentangle can help with focus\,\n– Be calming and meditative\,\n– Can encourage dexterity\,\n– Assists with mindfulness\,\n– Aids creativity and imagination.[/themestudio_title][vc_message message_box_color=”green”] \nEquipment & Materials\nAll the required equipment and materials will be provided by the tutor for a cost of £5\, payable on the day.\n \nThis will include paper\, pens and other tools for you to take away with you so you can continue with what you’ve learnt![/vc_message][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row container_class=”container”][vc_column width=”1/2″][product_page id=”3948″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_message message_box_color=”orange” icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-shopping-bag” css=”.vc_custom_1568299221752{margin-top: 30px !important;}”]You can book and pay securely through PayPal by using the “Add to Cart” button.
